1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards, if applicable
- Items marked as final sale
3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at xingxinwu77@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/wrong item. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at xingxinwu77@163.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
7. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described above.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
